Accessible homes available
LEAP Housing has eight homes ready to be sold this December and more in the Spring! Partner with us to provide a path to homeownership for some of your clients/guests. All of these homes are in Boise and available only to households at or below 80% Area Median Income (AMI), or roughly $67,000 for a household of 4 (see the full list based on household size in the postscript). These ADA-visitable homes preference folks with special needs defined as someone who is:
Diagnosed with physical/mental impairment
Recovering from domestic or substance abuse
Diagnosed with HIV/AIDs
LEAP is making these brand new 3-bedrooms homes affordable by providing home purchase assistance through a combination of low-interest or forgivable loans for qualifying households in the amount of $112,500*! (Terms and conditions apply).
The list price is $363,000, but the $112,500 reduces the monthly mortgage payments
Non-occupant co-signers can support the buyer without affecting their AMI
Buyers could expect to pay $1,500 to $2,000 a month in monthly payments
Buyers still have to qualify for a loan, i.e. sufficient credit and monthly income
Please contact Brian at LEAP (Brian@LeapHousing.org) with any questions.I am happy to answer any program questions, but I will direct you to the listing agent (see listing agent on MLS listing) if it is a real estate question as I am not a licensed realtor. See our live MLS listing here. P.S. The income thresholds currently for 80% AMI are listed below based on the number of household members.
