LINC is seeking an RN to support individuals living independently in their homes through our Personal Assistance Services (PAS) program. This role combines clinical oversight, education, and community-based care while helping people maintain independence and dignity.

Registered Nurse (RN) – Personal Assistance Services Boise, Caldwell & Twin Falls, Idaho $31.58 – $41.39 per hour | Up to 40 hours per week
What You’ll Do
Provide RN oversight for home-based personal assistance services
Conduct in-home visits with participants (monthly, quarterly, or as needed)
Train and educate Personal Assistants (caregivers) on safe and authorized care
Review and support service agreements based on Medicaid-authorized services
Assist with quality assurance and program compliance
Maintain accurate documentation according to Medicaid and organizational standards
Collaborate with a supportive team to improve outcomes for individuals served
What We’re Looking For
Active Idaho Registered Nurse (RN) license
2+ years of home health or community-based care experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Reliable transportation for occasional travel to home visits
Ability to pass IDHW background check
